I am a businesswoman. I am a people pleaser. I am an educated woman. I am a social woman, a finely dressed woman and a woman who likes to laugh. I am an orphan. I am a well-traveled woman. I have a mind that struggles to be free, even when I’m on vacation in the remotest of places. I am conditioned to work hard, look good, handle the happiness of others and not notice the depths and desires of my own soul. But I always knew that there would come a time in my life when I would stop and examine myself. This time is now. I am writing to you as I stand inside a new phase of my life. For once in my life, I don’t know what’s next, I only know what’s now – and this is what I’ve always wanted to know.
