What do you do?
I have a healing practice called EVOLve.
Unconditional love is at the core of what I do, and it is the centre of all healing.
Every one of us has fears to conquer, and part of the healing is to look at the issues that hold us back.
I am a holistic energy alignment healer and I believe healing reveals our true selves. I believe that by loving and getting to know ourselves holistically, heart, mind, body and soul, we can bring about inner- peace, joy, vitality, gratitude, balance, faith and wellbeing.
What are you most proud of?
Firstly and obviously, I am most proud of my daughter Yazminca.
I am also proud of my solo journey through India as well as doing a fire walk in which I walked across hot coals.
What can’t you live without?
Love & connection, laughter, creativity, music, fresh flowers and sunshine!
What is your most memorable fashion purchase?
A vintage snakeskin travel case, I bought at a fair.
I love using it and my daughter often borrows it too! It is timeless and unique.
What is your favorite shop of all time?
What is your biggest fashion mistake?!
When I was younger I wore a pair of bright yellow ‘baggies’ with white piping!
The beauty of being older is that I have learned to dress to flatter my shape, not just to adhere to the latest fashions!

Meryl Streep!

Wearing an authentic smile and being positive.
